	100% Satisfaction Guarantee - If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me directly and see the return or exchange procedures below. I proudly stand behind my products and will do my best to make sure you are satisfied. Please contact me with any questions, comments or concerns.

	Returns - If for any reason you would like to return the purchased product, please contact me and return the product within 30 days of purchase. Please be sure to include insurance on the shipping - Tiffany Tea^TM Jewelrywill not be responsible for any purchases lost in the mail. Once your purchase has been successfully returned, a credit will be issued. Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your credit card. If you paid by check or money order, a check will be sent to you. A refund will not be issued if the product is not returned in its original condition. Only the cost of the returned product will be credited; shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

	Exchanges - If you need to exchange the purchased product for a different size, please contact me as soon as possible and return the product within 30 days of purchase. Please be sure to include insurance on the shipping - Tiffany Tea^TM Jewelry will not be responsible for any purchases lost in the mail. Once your purchase has been successfully returned, your replacement product will be shipped. You will be responsible for shipping in both directions. If you need a larger size, please let me know - additional costs may be applied for the cost of additional beads (if applicable). Exchanges will not be issued if the purchased product is not returned in its original condition. To avoid the time and costs involved in exchanges, please order correct sizes when possible.

	Lifetime Warranty - For the life of your purchase, I will repair breaks in your jewelry at no additional charge (expect the cost of shipping). All pieces much be included and you will be responsible for shipping in both directions. If you need replacement findings or beads, an additional small fee may be added. Please contact me directly before shipping in either case to determine if any additional fees will be required.
